Lesson 1 - Hip Opening Lunges

In this class, we focus on opening up our hips and hamstrings through low lunges and half splits. Often, we tend to hold onto stress and tension in these areas without even realizing it. By incorporating stretches that target these specific muscle groups, we can experience a deep release and relief. Starting from a table top position provides a stable foundation for these poses, and you may find it helpful to use a cushion under your back knee for added support and comfort. Remember, as we move through these poses, listen to your body and adjust as needed to find a position that works best for you.
