Dr. Ferro’s favorite go-to mocktail recipe for the weeks when alcohol is not in the equation. Better (…Betr) yet? Everything inside of this mocktail is good for your gut and brain function. Enjoy this gut-healing, probiotic goodness.

Dr. Ferro's Gut-Brain Mocktail

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ice (or as much as desired - we recommend filling your cup with it)
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Vinegar Sub with Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Kombucha Any desired flavor
  • 1/2 Cup Orange OR Mango Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Sparkling Water
  • A few Dashes Fresh Mint

Instructions

  • Fill your cup with ice
  • Add first three ingredients in, one by one
  • After ingredients are added - fill remainder of cup with sparkling water
  • Add in fresh mint
  • Mix, or use a cocktail shaker to shake it up!
