Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast meat Cooked and cut into bite sized pieces.
- 2 stalks celery Finely chopped.
- 4 tsp red onion Minced.
- 3 Tbsp low sodium organic chicken stock
- 4 drops liquid stevia
- ½ tsp celery salt
- 1 dash Dash of mustard, pepper, cayenne, apple cider vinegar whatever herbs you like – all to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve chilled over organic salad greens.
