Ingredients
- 4 cups organic low sodium veggie broth
- 6 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp liquid aminos Optional.
- 1/4 cup green onion Chopped.
Instructions
- Bring broth to a boil.
- Drop in egg whites and liquid Aminos and stir.
- The eggs will turn white and opaque when they are ready (3-5 minutes).
- Top with green onion pieces. Enjoy!

This is AMAZING, EASY, and FILLING! I skipped the onions and added the aminos, and it tasted just like the egg drop soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant.
