Okay, day five for most you that means Friday, let’s talk a little bit about organic food, the better program is about just being that we can always be perfect, but the reason why we initially start with organic food and as many controversies over, is it really organic to people put labels on it. Listen, I’m not going to get into how government agencies work but I’m going to say that they’re probably pretty inefficient. But in this case I’m going to err on the side of caution and I’m going to say that organic food ensures typically that no additional toxins pesticides and hormones can interfere with this purification process as we reset your body’s new appreciation for nutrients, again, a new appreciation for nutrients. Those are the nutrients that your body is telling you work best for you. So I have to eliminate any possibility of this experiment that we’re doing with us so this is you trician this is you guiding, what’s going to work for you and your own scientific experiment for the next three weeks. Is there a toxins that are stored within your fat cells, and we do that in order to protect your vital organs when you’re eating all this food that has toxicity and neurotoxins your body will store that away from the body to protect your organs, but it gets overrun and it can’t keep continue that. So if you continue to put toxins your body, your body will continue to hang on to the fat stores as a defense mechanism. However, your body does know when it’s safe to release this excess fat when you reduce the toxic overload. So as we eat this clean healthy food and tons of water your toxins can push the liver and kidneys into overdrive, you’re going to need these two organs, right, you need them in full capacity. They are going to be getting rid of large amounts or converting large amounts of fat to be released from your system and used for energy. They should not be distracted by additional toxins, if the toxic overload is the primary cause of weight gain, eating organic can improve your results. Be sure to review the prescribed organic food list and the level one process. And the reason why we pick those foods is we know that the most easiest to get organic, if you can’t get organic, go for free range go for locally grown, you know, farmers no antibiotics, no hormones, we definitely don’t want you to have any farm raised fish must be wild caught, and really just pay attention to this type of things that are going into your body, this is Dr Ferro, You’re doing great, make it a better weekend.
