Chef Kristi’s recommendations after portioning out the meals into individual servings to store in the freezer. “I’m set for proteins the rest of the month that I don’t have to cook!”
She used a FoodSaver vacuum sealer to store goods in the freezer. (Ziplock sealed bags will also work well).
She recommends using 80″x20″ sized bags.
