If you’re more of a freestyle artist at the stove, get familiar with the Level 1 food list and make sure the pantry is stocked with lots of Level One approved ingredients.

The Soft Start

Have you ever noticed when you go swimming with a group of friends, there are two kinds of people? There’s the person who dives in headfirst and, there’s the person who prefers to wade in gradually and get used to the water.

On your one-on-one coach call, you’ll set a “hard start” date. The idea of the “hard start” is that you are “all-in.” From that day forward, you’re doing your best to follow the Level 1 protocol and reap all the benefits.

Don’t worry, though! If you’re the “wade-in” type of person and the idea of changing all of your eating habits in one day is overwhelming to you, we have a great option: The Soft Start.

So, how do a Soft Start?

You can initiate your Soft Start now by taking steps towards completed adherence to level 1. 

Try some new vegetables from the Level 1 food list, experiment with recipes, increase your water intake, or just get used to drinking coffee with 2% milk instead of cream.

The “Soft Start” is designed to let you get used to the water so that when Level 1 Day 1 rolls around, you’re ready to take that final step and dive in!
