-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika (optional- smoked paprika)
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
-
4 tbsp Betr BBQ sauce (optional)
- 4 4 oz center cut pork chop
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well
Rub each pork chop with the blend and let sit 5 to 10 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavors
While chops are resting, preheat grill and prepare Betr BBQ sauce if desired
Grill chops for 4 minutes and flip, grilling an additional 2 to 4 minutes until done. If you are using Betr BBQ sauce, brush each chop with 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce before and after flipping
Plate, and enjoy!
