1 bunch curly kale

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Directions

- Separate the kale from its stalk 
- Tear kale into chip size niblets

They don’t seem to stay crisp, so may be best made the day you plan to eat them. Storage instructions to keep them crisp would be appreciated.
