@Sabrina…I have had it the pudding last 10 days so far.
I make smaller amount of chia pudding. I use 3 T chia seeds with 15 T of water, stir, soak overnight when I remember. It also sets up after about 30 min in the refrigerator when I forget to make it over night. I add a few drops of vanilla (less than 1/4 t.) and about a teaspoon of raw honey. Top with level one berries. Enjoy!
Does anyone actually make these recipes and measure the servings and all: I made the four serving version shown here, with water. It’s fine but with a serving being 1/4 cup and four servings in this recipes — I have 2.5+ cups of the finished pudding — that would be at least 10 servings — enough for all three meals for three days. What an utter waste of food — will this even last for a couple of weeks (since I’ve been told, every other day.
I’m so glad I read these comments. I’m gonna be using Oat Milk as I have a personal conflict with Almond Milk.
Wish me luck as I start on Monday.
Love this pudding. I also use unsweetened almond milk. I add plenty of cinnamon and honey and vanilla. So good!
