I’m week 3, level 1 and this was such a treat!! Delicious and filling. Loved it and I lost .94 pounds this morning!!
Ridiculously good! Level 2 added 1T honey, butternut squash and walnuts at last 10 minutes.
Instead of coconut oil can I use olive oil or avocado oil.
