Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, smashed
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups almond milk

6 drops stevia

4 tbsp coconut oil, melted

4 tbsp almond butter
Directions
In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork
Add coconut flour, cacao, baking soda, and flaxseeds into the large bowl with the mashed banana
Add the almond milk, liquid stevia, and egg whites into the large mixing bowl and whisk until all smooth
Grease a donut pan with coconut oil, or the recipe can be made in 2 oven-safe mugs. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes if you are baking mini donuts. If baking in oven-safe mugs, bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how big the mug is. The cake will be clean when you stick it with a fork
Mix icing ingredients together in a bowl while it bakes- coconut oil, almond butter, cacao and 5 drops of stevia if you prefer it sweet

Optional Toppings: Hemp Seeds Coconut Flakes Chia Seeds.
For extra sweetness try adding honey and/or salt to taste.
