Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats or rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp honey (or a few drops of stevia or monkfruit)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir
- Let it set in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours

Almond Banana: 1 tbsp Almond butter, bananas

This was delicious! In addition to this base recipe I added half of a small chopped apple, 1 TBSP of chopped walnuts, and 1 TBSP of ground flaxseed.
A great breakfast option. Delicious and will make again.
