It’s Saturday night of week 3 and this fixed my craving for pizza! I baked it on the parchment on a stone with a generous dusting of flax meal. I think I would add the red popper flakes and agree with the other comment. I think it was a bit bland. I’m wondering, if roasted garlic sprinkled across the top with the vegetables would really dress it up. And maybe some arugula! I would make this again! Delicious!

First time I left out the pepper flakes and it was bland. The pepper does not make it spicy but adds flavor. Make sure you roll out thin and make sure it is well baked before adding veggies and cooking them until done. I also used tomato paste with Italian seasoning. The marinara sauce made the crust too soggy. It gets better every time I make it and helps to kill my pizza craving.
