Side recipe Level 1 & Level 2

5 Ridiculously Delicious & Healthy Chips in 5-Ingredients or Less

Ingredients

1 Zucchini, sliced

1 tsp. Avocado Oil

2 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Thinly slice zucchini.
  3. Massage in seasonings.
  4. Spread Zucchini in a single layer on parchment paper.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes until crisp and delectable.

Ingredients

1 Bunch of Curly Kale

2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. Pink Salt

2 tsp. Avocado Oil

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Separate the kale from its stalk.
  3. Tear kale into chip size niblets.
  4. Massage in Vinegar, Salt, & Avocado Oil.
  5. Spread kale in a single layer on parchment paper.
  6. Bake 7-10 minutes until crisp and delectable.

Ingredients

  • 4 apples

  • 1 Tbsp organic pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

  2. Slice apples into 1/16-inch thick rounds (discard any seeds)

  3. Lay slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and lightly sprinkle evenly with spices.

  4. Bake 1 hour, then flip and back for another 2 hours.  Turn off the oven and remove baking sheet once the apples have completed cooled down.

  5. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.

  6. Bake 7-10 minutes until crisp and delectable.

2 organic Sweet Potatoes (~150 g each)

2 Tbsp Avocado oil

1/4 tsp Pink Salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes thin.
  3. massage in Avocado oil, salt, and BBQ.
  4. Bake low n’ slow for 2 hours. Make em’ perfectly crisp. (while it’s cooking, take a walk, or just unwind from the day.)
