5 Ridiculously Delicious & Healthy Chips in 5-Ingredients or Less
Ingredients
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. Avocado Oil
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thinly slice zucchini.
- Massage in seasonings.
- Spread Zucchini in a single layer on parchment paper.
- Bake 10-15 minutes until crisp and delectable.
Ingredients
1 Bunch of Curly Kale
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Pink Salt
2 tsp. Avocado Oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Separate the kale from its stalk.
- Tear kale into chip size niblets.
- Massage in Vinegar, Salt, & Avocado Oil.
- Spread kale in a single layer on parchment paper.
- Bake 7-10 minutes until crisp and delectable.

4 apples
1 Tbsp organic pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Slice apples into 1/16-inch thick rounds (discard any seeds)
Lay slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and lightly sprinkle evenly with spices.
Bake 1 hour, then flip and back for another 2 hours. Turn off the oven and remove baking sheet once the apples have completed cooled down.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.

- Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.
- Slice sweet potatoes thin.
- massage in Avocado oil, salt, and BBQ.
- Bake low n’ slow for 2 hours. Make em’ perfectly crisp. (while it’s cooking, take a walk, or just unwind from the day.)
