Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow onion Chopped.
- 5 medium tomatoes Coarsely chopped.
- 2 cups water
- 4 cloves fresh garlic Minced
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- to taste chili powder
Instructions
- Cook chopped onion until soft in a pot over medium heat. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and minced garlic. Return to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat, and simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. Enjoy!
