Ingredients

  • 16 oz Betr Homemade Healthy Salsa OR salsa - low sodium, no added sugar.
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, tenders or thighs Skinless (frozen or thawed).
  • 4 handful fresh organic spinach
  • 3 each bell peppers Sliced.
  • 1 each lime Sliced.
  • to taste fresh cilantro Garnish.

Instructions

  • Dump salsa and raw chicken in a Crock-pot.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve over a handful of spinach per plate.
  • Garnish with fresh bell peppers, lime, and cilantro.
