Beef Fajita Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb organic grass fed extra lean beef steak Tenderloin or top sirloin.
  • 1 red bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 green bell pepper Sliced.
  • ½ large onion Sliced.
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne Optional.
  • ½ cup Betr Protein Guac Level 2 Day 14 and onward.

You dont technically need any specific ingredient amounts because you can tailor it to however much you eat. Enjoy!

    Instructions

    • Cut beef into ¼ inch thick strips. Pre-heat skillet, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until slightly pink.
    • In a separate pan, saute the peppers and sliced onions with seasonings until they are cooked but still slightly firm.
    • Lay out the steak strips and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on them. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure.
    • I you have successfully reintroduced avocados, top with Betr Protein Guac.
