5- Ingredient Hummus Dressing
Level 1 & 2
Ingredients
- 15.5 oz can Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 3 tbsp Water
- optional Fresh Garlic, minced, to taste
- optional Ground Cumin, to taste
Instructions
- Combine and blend in a blender or food processor.
- Serve with cut veggies or on a salad.
- Enjoy!
