5- Ingredient Hummus Dressing

Level 1 & 2

Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz can Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • optional Fresh Garlic, minced, to taste
  • optional Ground Cumin, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine and blend in a blender or food processor.
  • Serve with cut veggies or on a salad.
  • Enjoy!
