Ingredients

The Girl Next Door Applewich (Level 1)

The A+ Student PBJ Applewich (Level 2 Day 14 and onward)

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter pure organic peanuts - no additives
  • 1 Tbsp Betr Strawberry Jam
  • 1 apple horizontally sliced

The Choco Monkey Applewich (Level 2 Day 14 and onward)

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter pure organic peanuts - no additives
  • 1 Tbsp Betr Strawberry Jam
  • ½ banana sliced (frozen are also fun!!!)
  • to taste unsweetened cacao nibs as sprinkles
  • 1 apple horizontally sliced

Banana Split Applewich (Level 2 Day 6 and onward)

  • 1 Tbsp Betr Strawberry Jam
  • ½ banana sliced
  • to taste Unsweetened Cacao Nibs as sprinkles
  • 1 dollop whipped cream So Delicious sells a coconut whipped cream, and also Soy or Rice Whip are better indulgences. Live a little!
  • 1 apple horizontally sliced

Instructions

  • For each version, use the apple slices as your "bread" and sandwich the other ingredients in-between slices or serve open-face atop single slices of apple.
