Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup apple cider (not from concentrate, no sugar added)
  • Apple slices/oranges/whole cranberries (for garnish so your preference for amount)
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and serve on the rocks.

Notes

As you become more sensitive to which foods give you energy and which take away, it gets easier to choose things like this mocktail because you will feel so good for hours afterwards! It becomes what you want to do, not what you should do!
