Cucumber Mint Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber Halved lengthwise and sliced.
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh mint Chopped.

Instructions

  • Toss and mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Re-toss before serving. Enjoy!
