Ingredients
- 1 cucumber Halved lengthwise and sliced.
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh mint Chopped.
Instructions
- Toss and mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Re-toss before serving. Enjoy!
