Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 4 cups water Use less water for creamier milk!
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional
- 1/4 cup fresh berries Optional - for berry milk. Strawberries are particularly good.
- 1 drop stevia to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add hemp seeds, water, salt, and any additional add-ins (optional) to a high-speed blender. If you’re new to stevia, add one drop at a time to get a gauge for taste.
- Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture seems well combined. It cannot be over-blended, and you don't have to strain it!
- Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Enjoy cold and shake well!
Notes
It's delicious as is, or add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds for a level 1 pudding.
Enjoy with frozen berries for a creamy smoothie.
You can also add it to iced coffee in the mornings. It doesn't heat well, so keep it cool!
