Homemade Nut Milks

Level 2 Day 14 and onward, once you have successfully reintroduced the nut you are using.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp Himilayan pink sea salt

Instructions

  • Blend nuts of choice with other ingredients in a blender on high.
  • Using a cheese cloth, strain the pulp.
  • There are all kinds of wonderful ways to play with this recipe!

Optional Fun Things To Add

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 5 drops vanilla stevia
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 Scoops Betr whey
  • 1 tsp. nut extract
  • The salt draws out the flavor of the nuts. It’s so fun to dress up this milk recipe, so have a blast!

Notes

Try substituting Hemp Seeds or Cashews for the almonds for other variations.
