Ingredients
- ½ cup Panko style bread crumbs
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried tarragon
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp seafood Seasoning
- 4 egg whites
Instructions
- In bowl, combine crabmeat and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and form into 4 to 5 palm-sized patties.
- Coat each side of patty with Panko breading.
- Brown in non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes each side, or place on a George Foreman Grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Alternatively, place them on a non-stick baking sheet at 350 F for 10-15 minutes. Then broil for 1-2 minutes each side to brown.
- Serve promptly.

Family and I loved it!!
I loved it. The instructions should say mix everything together but the panko. I mixed it all together including the panko. It still came out delicious.
