Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • ½ lemon Juiced.
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp scallions Chopped.
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 4 cups preferred salad greens

Instructions

  • If using fresh, raw crab meat, cook it thoroughly in a skillet on medium heat with enough water to stir (about 2 min).
  • If using canned, cooked crab meat, warm it in a skillet on medium heat if you intend to serve warm. If serving cold, just add crab to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
  • Remove skillet from heat and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, scallions, and tarragon.
  • Mix thoroughly and serve.
  • Can be served hot, or chilled and served over a bed of lettuce.
