Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
- ½ lemon Juiced.
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp scallions Chopped.
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 4 cups preferred salad greens
Instructions
- If using fresh, raw crab meat, cook it thoroughly in a skillet on medium heat with enough water to stir (about 2 min).
- If using canned, cooked crab meat, warm it in a skillet on medium heat if you intend to serve warm. If serving cold, just add crab to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
- Remove skillet from heat and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, scallions, and tarragon.
- Mix thoroughly and serve.
- Can be served hot, or chilled and served over a bed of lettuce.
