Mango Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh, ripe mango Diced.
  • 1 large avocado Lightly firm, pitted, peeled and diced.
  • 1 clove fresh garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • ½ fresh lemon Juiced.
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro Minced.
  • ½ cup red onion Diced.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except avocado in a serving bowl and gently mix.
  • Fold in avocado just before serving.
