Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh, ripe mango Diced.
- 1 large avocado Lightly firm, pitted, peeled and diced.
- 1 clove fresh garlic Minced.
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- ½ fresh lemon Juiced.
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro Minced.
- ½ cup red onion Diced.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except avocado in a serving bowl and gently mix.
- Fold in avocado just before serving.
