Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood Any combination of shrimp, scallops, lobster, mussels, or white fish.
  • 1 clove fresh garlic Chopped.
  • ¼ cup low sodium organic fish stock Can substitute vegetable stock.
  • 2 large Roma tomatoes Chopped. Substitute cherry tomatoes.
  • tsp celery seed
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 5 drops liquid stevia
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • to taste ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook seafood with garlic in stock over medium heat until lightly browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • This is a great recipe to double and freeze to serve the next day.
