Six Ingredient Thai Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Zucchini, peeled
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter (optional)
  • 2 Peeled Carrots

Instructions

  • For the sauce: Whisk together liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar, nut butter, and ginger. You can add a few drops of stevia for a touch of sweetness
  • Peel cucumber zucchini, and carrots to make the noodles 
  • Pour sauce on top
  • Enjoy!
