Six Ingredient Thai Noodles

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Liquid Aminos
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 Zucchini, peeled
- 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter (optional)
- 2 Peeled Carrots
Instructions
- For the sauce: Whisk together liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar, nut butter, and ginger. You can add a few drops of stevia for a touch of sweetness
- Peel cucumber zucchini, and carrots to make the noodles
- Pour sauce on top
- Enjoy!
