Ingredients
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp hing (asafoetida)
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

- Mix all ingredients and store in a resealable bag or spice jar.
