  • 6 Baby Bell Peppers
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Salsa

Instructions

  • Slice baby bell peppers lengthwise.
  • Stuff with salsa.
  • Top with lime and salt if you like!
  • This is a fantastic choice if you find yourself getting hungry before bed. These are fun to pop together right before movie night or during a game. In fact, you may even find yourself wanting these more than corn chips in the future because they are so full of water and make you feel better.
