Whey Cool Macal Smoothie Bowl

Level 2 Day 26 and onwards after successful reintroduction of almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Maca root powder
  • 2 scoops Betr Protein
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds (for extra protein) Optional.
  • to taste unsweetened coconut flakes Optional.
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs Optional.

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together except coconut and cacao nibs.
  • Serve topped with coconut flakes and/or cacao nibs.
  • If you want a thicker smoothie, you can use ¼ cup almond milk and add more bananas.
  • It may be easier to use a food processor if you don’t have a blender with a tamper like Vitamix.
