Day 3 and you're moving right along!

Let’s talk a little bit about that daily accountability. We are trying to help you identify blind spots that you may have in your own optimal food sources or in your own nutrition. So this daily accountability during level one, it’s common for weight loss to stall at some point. If we do not have the food pictures that we do not have your weight, if we do not have the information like your mood in your sleep. It’s really hard for us to help you avoid the plateaus. So even if you do hit a plateau, we usually can go back a couple of days and look for the culprit. Maybe it’s not switching up proteins or not getting enough green leafy vegetables or too much of the same green leaf or maybe it’s a particular food that we see coming back again causing issues within your system. Without this daily tracking it becomes a complete guessing game, and it makes it so much easier for giving us the information, food pictures are also used to help identify physical symptoms of food sensitivities like nausea, fatigue, shakiness emotional symptoms like anxiety, restlessness or agitation, keeping up the weight and the food pictures will help you coach, and you make modifications as necessary just to make sure you get the best benefit throughout the program, You’re doing great.
