Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders OR boneless, skinless chicken breasts, tenderized (pounded) and cut into 1" wide strips.
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Yahuda Matzo-Style Squares Ground into fine crumbs.
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a food processor pulse the Yahuda Matzo-style squares into a fine bread crumb consistency.
- Season the chicken with salt, fresh ground pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Dip the chicken tenders into the beaten egg and then into the matzo crumbs and coat thoroughly.
- Air Fry (or bake) at 400° for 14 minutes for thinner tenders, and 18 minutes for thicker tenders.
- For extra flavor add some additional seasonings on the Level 1 Ingredients list into the matzo crumbs so the chicken and the crunchy outside are extra seasoned!

This is okay…I think I may have cooked too long.
Used Pablo instead of Melba toast as I didn’t have any. My husband & I both like them. Will try Melba toast next time.
