Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa Cooked.
- 1 cup cabbage Shredded.
- 1 cup leafy greens
- ½ green apple Chopped.
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup radish sprouts
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Curry Dressing
Instructions
- Stack salad ingredients in mason jars. Start with heavy heartier ingredients, like quinoa and cabbage, at the bottom. The more delicate the ingredient, the higher up in the jar it should be added. It stores better this way.
- When ready to serve, pour salad into a bowl and toss with dressing.
