Ingredients
- 1 lb rotisserie chicken Shredded, skin removed.
- 1 each granny smith apple (or other tart variety) Diced.
- ½ medium red onion Diced.
- 1 stalk celery Diced.
- 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic Minced.
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 2 cups organic greens Substitute 3-4 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves for wraps.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except organic greens, in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve over a bed of organic greens or wrapped in romaine or bibb lettuce.
