- 4 ripe bananas
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut into small pieces.
- Put banana pieces in a resealable bag and place in freezer until frozen through. Laying the bag in a way that you can spread the pieces out will speed up the freeze time.
- Place frozen banana pieces in a food processor (best) or blender.
- Pulse blend the banana until it is crumbly, then blend continuously on high speed, wiping down the sides periodically to ensure all of the banana gets blended evenly.
- When you achieve a creamy consistency (like soft-serve), you can serve as is, or place in an airtight container and freeze solid to serve in scoops.
