Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp baking powder optional
- 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder optional
- 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract substitute with 3 drops vanilla cream stevia
- optional toppings: fresh strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, almond butter or any other topping that is level 2 approved substitute with almond butter!
Instructions
- Pre-heat non-stick skillet on medium high heat.
- Mash (or blend) bananas and egg whites with baking powder, protein powder, and vanilla.
- Coat skillet with a very tiny amount of coconut oil or coconut oil spray.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of banana batter into the skillet- it should sizzzzle.
- Use a thin spatula- mega thin. Slowly work around and underneath the little cake.
- Slowly flip cake over.
- Go crazy with your yummy toppings and enjoy!
