Betr Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder optional
  • 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder optional
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract substitute with 3 drops vanilla cream stevia
  • optional toppings: fresh strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, almond butter or any other topping that is level 2 approved substitute with almond butter!

Instructions

  • Pre-heat non-stick skillet on medium high heat.
  • Mash (or blend) bananas and egg whites with baking powder, protein powder, and vanilla.
  • Coat skillet with a very tiny amount of coconut oil or coconut oil spray.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of banana batter into the skillet- it should sizzzzle.
  • Use a thin spatula- mega thin. Slowly work around and underneath the little cake.
  • Slowly flip cake over.
  • Go crazy with your yummy toppings and enjoy!
