Ingredients
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 2 tsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Separate kale fro its stalk and tear into bite sized pieces.
- In a plastic bag, mix remaining ingredients, add kale pieces, and massage until evenly coated.
- Spread kale in a single layer on a parchment covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until crisp.
