Salt and Vinegar Fat-Burning Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly kale
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 2 tsp avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Separate kale fro its stalk and tear into bite sized pieces.
  • In a plastic bag, mix remaining ingredients, add kale pieces, and massage until evenly coated.
  • Spread kale in a single layer on a parchment covered baking sheet.
  • Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until crisp.
