Tuna Avocado Lemon Zucchini
A great level 2 lunch or dinner option! Quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Leaves Kale (finely chopped)
- 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 12 oz. can Wild Caught Organic Tuna
- 1/8 tsp. Coriander
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini
- Cut the avocado into slices and squeeze the lemon juice on top. Add the in the tomato, tuna, kale, coriander and salt.
- Add in the sauce with the zucchini noodles and enjoy 🙂
