Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/2 cup tahini
- ⅔ to ¾ cup water Add slowly for the consistency you want.
- 1 lemon, juiced Juiced.
- 1 clove garlic Minced.
- 2 Tbsp liquid aminos
Slaw
- 1 cup cabbage Shredded.
- 1 cup kale Chopped.
- 4 oz sprouts (radish or alfalfa)
- 4 cherry tomatoes Quartered
- 1 sprig fresh cilantro Chopped.
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
- For the dressing, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic and amino acids in a food processor. Slowly add water until you get the consistency you want.
- It’s great to have it drizzle over a salad. It thickens in the fridge.
- Toss all slaw ingredients in a bowl or sealable bag.
- Add dressing to slaw and mix to coat evenly. Alternatively, serve slaw as is and drizzle dressing over the top.

- This is great for energy loading for level 2 and level 3! Adding creamy and vitamin rich tahini to your salads is a fun way to enjoy your salads! If you make salad jars, layer your tahini in first, then tomatoes, cabbage, kale, sprouts and seeds.
