Shrimp and Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger Minced.
  • 1 bunch asparagus Trimmed and cut into 2" pieces.
  • to taste Bragg liquid aminos or Bragg apple cider vinegar Optional.
  • tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • to taste ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger to a preheated, nonstick pan over medium high heat.
  • Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • If needed, add small amount of water.
  • Remove shrimp from pan and add asparagus.
  • Add liquid aminos, salt and pepper.
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add shrimp back to pan and heat for 1 additional minute. Serve.
