Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp Peeled and deveined.
- 2 cloves fresh garlic Minced.
- 1 tsp fresh ginger Minced.
- 1 bunch asparagus Trimmed and cut into 2" pieces.
- to taste Bragg liquid aminos or Bragg apple cider vinegar Optional.
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger to a preheated, nonstick pan over medium high heat.
- Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- If needed, add small amount of water.
- Remove shrimp from pan and add asparagus.
- Add liquid aminos, salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add shrimp back to pan and heat for 1 additional minute. Serve.
