Ingredients
Batter
- 2 egg whites
- ½ banana Smashed.
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup homemade almond milk
- 7 drops liquid stevia
Icing
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 drops liquid stevia Optional.
- to taste hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and/or chia seeds Optional.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a large bowl, add all batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and pour in batter, or the recipe can be made in 2 oven-safe mugs. Bake for 6 to 7. minutes. If you are baking in mugs, bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how big the mugs are. The donuts will be done when a toothpick is stuck in and comes out clean.
- While the donut is baking, mix icing ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let donuts cool and top with frosting.
