Poultry Flavored Bouillion

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse for about 15 seconds.
  • Add 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 cup hot water.
  • Yield - 1 cup of dried boullion (about 16 cups of prepared broth.
