Coconut Chocolate Donuts




  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ banana Smashed.
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup homemade almond milk
  • 7 drops liquid stevia


  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 drops liquid stevia Optional.
  • to taste hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and/or chia seeds Optional.


  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • In a large bowl, add all batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and pour in batter, or the recipe can be made in 2 oven-safe mugs. Bake for 6 to 7. minutes. If you are baking in mugs, bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how big the mugs are. The donuts will be done when a toothpick is stuck in and comes out clean.
  • While the donut is baking, mix icing ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Let donuts cool and top with frosting.
